Q: How much will this cost me?
A: Nothing, there are no sign up fees and we do not ask for a deposit. We will supply you with all the tools you need absolutely free.
Q: What do customers find at your site?
A: We have information on the syndrome, condition or state which the customer is looking to correct or treat, as well as information on how our product works. We pride ourselves on giving accurate, comprehensive explanations on all of our supplements. Our customers can sign up for our newsletter and we have a Live Chat customer service feature on all of our sites.
Q: How and when do I get payed?
A: We will pay you using paypal or another electronic wallet, or send you paper checks. This of course is negotiable, if you prefer to receive your commission by other means, we will do all we can to accommodate you. We deal in US Dollars. You will receive payment once a month, but this is also negotiable.
Q: What is the payout structure?
A: For new affiliates we will give you up to 60% commission for the first three months and 50% after that. If you can maintain good sales consistently there are other incentives and cash gifts.
Q: How do you track my sales?
A: We will provide you with a tracking ID to place at the end of the URL on your link to our site. This way, every time we make a sale, we can see who is responsible for the sale. When a customer connects to the site through one of your links, a reference number appears next to our phone number, and our phone agents always ask for it when placing an order. You never lose commission to the 1-800 line.
Q: Do you allow bulk emailing?
A: No, we highly discourage using this tactic, and your account may be terminated if we find you have been spaming.
Q: Do I get credit for upsells and cross-sells?
A: Yes, so long as the customer arrived at Cloud Nine Lifestyle though you, you will recieve commisions for all purchases resulting from that interaction.
Q: What if I have more than one web site?
A: You can use the same tracking ID for as many websites, banners and/or popups as you want.
Q: I live outside of the United States, can I still become an affiliate?
A: Yes, we can accomodate affiliates from most countries. So long as it is legal for us to do business with you, we will be happy to do so.
